Privacy at RelAI

What we measure
This website keeps simple, first-party statistics so we can see how people find and use it. For each visit we record:
- the pages you view and roughly how long the visit lasts;
- which of our buttons you use: the phone number, the email link, “Let’s talk” and the service tiles;
- which sections of the page you scroll to;
- where the visit came from (for example a search engine, LinkedIn or a direct visit);
- your approximate location (suburb or city), worked out from your IP address;
- your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and browser.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t store your IP address. It is used once to look up an approximate location, then discarded.
- We don’t use cookies or any advertising or social-media trackers on this site.
- We don’t know who you are. Visits are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, so they can’t be linked across days.
- Nothing is sold or shared. The statistics stay on our own web hosting and are only seen by RelAI.
Opting out
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal, this site records nothing about your visit.
Location data
Approximate locations come from the free IP Geolocation by DB-IP database (licensed under CC BY 4.0), stored on our server, so no outside service is contacted when you visit.
